1. About this site
GBA AI Calendar (wqai.ltd, "the Site") is operated by the GBA AI Calendar team. It indexes publicly announced AI events and competitions in the Greater Bay Area.
The Site is not an organizer, co-organizer, ticketing agent or registration channel for any listed event, and has no agency or partnership relationship with the organizers listed, unless expressly stated.
2. The official source prevails
Dates, venues, fees, registration status, agendas, prizes and competition rules are subject to the organizer's official announcement. We verify listings once a day but cannot guarantee real-time consistency; please re-confirm on the official page before attending.
3. We collect no fees
We do not collect registration fees, ticket payments, deposits or entry fees, and do not register on your behalf. If anyone asks you for payment in our name, refuse and tell us at hi@wqai.ltd.
4. No endorsement
Listing an event means only that its information traces back to a public source. It does not constitute any guarantee of event quality, organizer credentials, prize fulfilment or any promise. Exercise your own judgement before paying, submitting personal data, signing agreements or assigning rights in your work.
5. Matters between you and the organizer
Disputes over registration, refunds, prizes, intellectual property, personal safety or property between you and an organizer or other participant are resolved between those parties under law. We will assist by pointing to the public sources we used.
6. News summaries
The "Daily Brief" and weekly digest are AI-industry summaries. Each item cites its source and link and is for reference only — not investment, legal or other professional advice. The original text prevails. The Site is not a news organisation.
7. AI-assisted content
Some event summaries, briefs and English pages are generated or translated with AI assistance and reviewed by a human; errors may remain. Where the English and Chinese versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
8. Images and trademarks
Posters, logos and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders and are quoted only to identify events. Rights holders who prefer not to be featured may use the Takedown & Corrections process.
9. External links
Third-party sites, registration pages and mini-programs linked from the Site are the responsibility of their operators; their content, security and privacy practices are outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or reliance on, its information. Loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, are excepted.

Bulk scraping, mirroring or commercial use of our data is not permitted without consent. Search engines and AI crawlers permitted by robots.txt may index the Site under public rules.
3. Subscription codes
Feed URLs and subscription codes are for personal use only. We may disable a code that is publicly shared or called abnormally.
4. Community and submissions
Content posted in our community group, comments or submissions must comply with law and group rules, and you are responsible for it. We may remove content and members in violation.
5. Organizer submissions
Organizers submitting or correcting event information warrant that it is accurate and that they have the right to publish the supplied posters and images.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan region). Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, either party may bring an action before a competent people's court in Shenzhen.
