We do not collect names, phone numbers or ID documents, and use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
3. Where data is stored and cross-border transfer
The Site and subscription data are stored on Tencent Cloud servers located in Hong Kong, China. If you submit an email from mainland China, that data will be transferred to and stored outside the mainland. The recipient is the GBA AI Calendar team; purposes are described in section 2. You may exercise your rights under section 5. We ask for your separate confirmation of this arrangement when you subscribe.
Email is delivered through QQ Mail (smtp.qq.com), used only for delivery.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data and do not provide it to event organizers, except where required by law or by a lawful request from competent authorities.
5. Your rights
- Access, correct or delete your email and subscription records.
- Withdraw consent at any time: disable your code, or use the unsubscribe link at the foot of every email (or visit
/api/u?c=your-code). - Ask us to explain anything in this policy.

6. Minors
The Site is intended for adults. Minors under 14 must have a parent or guardian consent and fill in the form on their behalf.
7. Security and changes
We use HTTPS, rate limiting and protected admin access. If a personal data breach occurs we will notify affected users promptly. Updates are published on this page; if processing purposes change we will seek your consent again. Effective: 2026-10-29.
The Simplified Chinese version prevails. This English version is provided for convenience only.
