If you are an organizer, a rights holder or an authorized agent and believe our listing is incorrect or infringes your rights, please contact us as follows.
1. How to contact us
Email hi@wqai.ltd with the subject "Correction" or "Takedown". You may also message our WeChat account "GBA AI Calendar", but email prevails.
2. What to include
- The URL of the page concerned;
- The correction needed or the grounds for removal;
- Your name or organisation and contact details;
- Proof of ownership or organizer credentials (e.g. official website or social account link).
3. Timeline
- Event corrections: completed within the next 08:00 verification cycle.
- Infringement complaints: within 48 hours of receiving complete materials we take the content down or block it, and reply with the outcome.
4. English pages
When a Chinese page is corrected or removed, the corresponding English page is handled at the same time.
5. Restoration
A publisher whose content was removed may submit an explanation and evidence if it believes there is no infringement; we will handle it in accordance with law.
6. Records
Every correction and takedown is logged for verification purposes.
If you simply need event details updated (rescheduled, venue changed, registration link added), use the "correction" channel — no proof of ownership required.
Handling records are kept in the admin audit log; progress can be queried via the same email.
